Delete your Peanut account

Peanut is the QR-tag-based lost-and-found service operated under the developer name dracarys102. This page explains how to request deletion of your Peanut account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email support@inyralabs.com from the email address you used to create the account, with the subject line "Delete my Peanut account". We will verify ownership and process the request within 14 days.

What is deleted

When you request account deletion, the following are permanently removed:

• Your account record (email, profile name, profile photo, push notification tokens).
• Your tags (every QR profile you created — name, fields, photos, visibility settings, customization).
• Your conversations (all scanner-↔-owner messages tied to your tags).
• Your notification preferences.

Once deleted, scans of your existing printed QR stickers will return a "tag not found" page. The scanner sees no information.

What is retained (and for how long)

For abuse prevention, fraud detection, and to comply with legal obligations, we may retain the following for up to 90 days after account deletion:

• Scanner IP addresses attached to messages (already non-personal beyond the IP itself).
• Aggregated, anonymous logs that cannot be tied back to your identity.

After the 90-day window, those records are also purged.

Cancelling a deletion request

If you change your mind, reply to the same email thread within 7 days of submitting the request and we will cancel it. After 7 days the deletion starts and cannot be reversed.
